Can I use my existing Basketball Orbit account?

Yes. Sign in with the same account and sign-in method you use on the web. Your saved practices, drills, plays and playbooks belong to your account, so you can access them across devices. You do not need to create a second account.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Basketball Orbit includes a free plan so you can start planning and creating. Some features and higher usage limits require Orbit Pro. You can review the available plans inside the app.

Can I switch between my computer, phone and tablet?

Yes. Save your work, then open Basketball Orbit on your other device with the same account and an internet connection. Plan on a larger screen and bring your saved session to the court on your phone or tablet.

Do I need an internet connection?

An internet connection is required to load and sync your account content and use Orbit AI. If you need a plan without a connection at the gym, export and save a PDF on your device beforehand. PDF exports are subject to your plan's limits.

Do I need another subscription for the mobile app?

Use the same account to access your existing plan across devices. You do not need a second subscription just to switch devices. Manage an existing subscription with the provider you purchased it from; you can find those details under Plan & Billing in your profile.
